Over the course of two days, you will explore Udzungwa’s lush tropical forests, part of the renowned Eastern Arc Mountains. The park is famous for its scenic landscapes, including dense forests, rolling hills, and spectacular waterfalls. Guided hikes will take you through well established trails where you can enjoy the beauty of nature up close. A highlight of the experience is a visit to the stunning Sanje Waterfalls, where you can witness cascading down over 170 meters into a forest valley. Day 1: Transfer to Udzungwa National Park

Today you will be picked from your hotel in Morogoro for a journey to Udzungwa mountains national park an upon your arrival you will go for a hike to the fantastic waterfalls the largest in Tanzania dropping in four different stages with magnificent views, the waterfalls have good clean water which gives a chance for swimming cooling from the whole tiring hike, you may be able to see some primates and mammals creating a tremendous adventure, return back to the headquarters and overnight will be camping in the park which is also a whole different unique experience.

Day 2: Trekking monkeys and departure

On this day after getting breakfast, you will head back to the mountain forests for trekking the rare endangered monkey species known to this park that is the Iringa Red Colobus Monkey and the Sanje Crested Mangabey, you will also be able to see some other common monkeys like red colobus, blue &vervet monkeys, also encounters with some mammals, watch a variety of birds, butterflies and return back for lunch before setting off back to Morogoro.
